The purchase conditions below apply when you as a consumer place orders on orientclass.se. By placing an order on orientclass.se, you agree to the currently published terms and conditions stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
Check that delivery details such as address and telephone number are correct before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information after the order has been packed and shipped. It is always you as the customer who is responsible for providing correct information when placing an order. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately via orientclass@hotmail.com. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason why an order confirmation is not received is that you have accidentally entered an incorrect e-mail address in connection with the order or that the order confirmation is automatically sorted under spam.
To shop at orientclass.se, you as a customer must be of legal age or have parental consent. We reserve the right to change or refuse an order under certain circumstances (e.g. if the customer has provided incorrect personal data). In the event of a dispute, orientclass.se will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
Prices
The prices on orientclass.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We offer free shipping for purchases over 1000€. The freight includes shipping cost, packaging and handling fee.

Price guarantee
Our price guarantee is one of our most important promises. We offer you the market's best regular prices. If you find the same product, the same quality and the same design at a lower price in another store, we will match the price. The guarantee only applies to Swedish stores, both physical and internet-based. The store must have a Swedish organization number and be active in Sweden. The item must be in stock and thus available for ordering. The price guarantee applies to the contestant's regular price (NOTE! not discounted products). If you find your product cheaper in another store, please email orientclass.se and link to the store in question. If it concerns a physical store, the organization number and telephone number must be communicated so that we can check the price.
Delivery time
If the order is placed before 12.00 we send it the same day, after 12.00 delivery is sent the next day. No compensation is paid to the customer for delivery delays. We deliver our packages with Postnord, Schenker or FedEx.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance & Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (not a company) have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. For the right of withdrawal to apply, you as a consumer must notify us within 14 days after you have collected the package. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the return cost and that the item(s) are returned undamaged. Please note that as the sender of return packages, you are responsible for the goods reaching us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the goods in a trackable and insured manner. You are responsible for any reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. Exemption from the right of withdrawal The product must be unbroken. By law, you as a consumer have the right to ensure the product's properties and function. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a reduction in value in cases where the goods have been handled to a greater extent than necessary. The decrease in value is something that we at orientclass.se assess and it is assessed on a case-by-case basis. In case of approved cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days. In the case of uncollected shipments, the Consumer is charged for shipping fees for all overheads that an uncollected shipment entails. The cost includes shipping, return shipping and handling fee. In the case of unclaimed packages, we will contact the consumer. If the consumer does not respond within 30 days, we will receive the full amount paid. Cancellation In case of cancellation before packaging the order, nothing will be charged to the consumer. Limitation of liability
Please note that we do not have a customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that we do not accept returns/complaints about products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. Complaints In case of complaints, please contact our customer service via orientclass@hotmail.com. We always have the right to take back the product you want to complain about in order to examine the product and handle the complaint. The consumer is responsible for paying the return shipping and for the package to reach us at orientclass@hotmail.com. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the shipping. In the event of a complaint, the packaging must be photographed and sent to us on request so that we can investigate the matter further. We reserve the right not to make a refund until we have received the item and approved the complaint. In the event of broken packaging and wear/damage, we have the right to deduct the refund. If the shipment is damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately to your delivery point when you collect your package. In order for you to feel safe with your order, all packages we send are checked. A package that is obviously damaged or does not weigh anything and is empty should not be picked up but refused at the agent so that it is returned directly to us. No credit card details are stored. Force majeure We are exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this Agreement if the failure is based on mitigating circumstances as set forth below and the circumstance prevents, impedes or delays performance. Excluded circumstances include a. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or similar circumstance beyond the company's control. Force majeure also includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. in indication, warning texts, ban on sales, abnormal decline in the market and the like. Use of cookies We use information collected to provide and customize our online services. This may include using your information to administer product warranties. It may also include answering your questions, conducting product quality assurance and/or training our staff. In particular, our persistent cookies help us recognize you when you return to the website so that we can tailor content or advertising to match your interests or to avoid showing the same advertising repeatedly. We may use third-party providers to assist in this monitoring and analysis effort. We also use the information in our strategic analysis and our assessment of market trends and our production and order levels. In order for us to process your order in the best way, we need to register, manage and store the information you enter. When you shop with us via our online store, you give us the right to save information such as name, address, phone number, e-mail and when you as a customer (company, organization, private person) choose to shop against invoice/credit, also organization or social security number in case of credit check. Information such as name, address, phone number and email is shared with our partners (shipping companies and payment services, Postnord, Shencker, Swish & Klarna) so that they can deliver and receive payment for your order. When you shop via our online store, you give us your consent to disclose this information to Klarna Checkout & Swish. When you visit our e-commerce site, we use cookies to save your settings such as prices, currency, message, etc.
